Would you mind to mention some of your favourite hot and spicy Polish foods? I love spicy foods eversince but my doctor asked me to control eating spicy foods for the sake of my own health.

I don't know of any polish foods that are spicy. All the Polish foods that I have eaten aren't spicy.

I haven't eaten any polish dishes....
